Policies

New Clients - Please allow yourself 10 minutes Before Appointment for Parking and New Client Consent Form to be filled out, and to use the Washroom Facilities.

Cancellation -Please come at your scheduled time,  and if you will be late for your appointment, please text or call to see if you can still be accommodated.  24 hours cancellation notice/reschedule notice is required or fees of 50% of the service will be applied.

Note: If you will not be having all of your scheduled services at your appointment, 24 hour cancellation notice is required as well.

No Show - 100% of service will be owing for a no show to an appointment.

*Giving appropriate notice allows us  the opportunity to fill your appointment space, or to make other arrangements for our time. Please do your best to respect our time, as we respect yours.

Confirmation - a Text or Email will be sent a day or two before your scheduled appointment.  A confirmation that you will be coming Must be received by Body Sugaring Works 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to keep that time slot held for you. Please respond as soon as possible when you have received notification. If you are needing to change anything about your appointment like not wanting all the services scheduled for then 24 hours prior is the time to do this not at your appointment so time required can be adjusted.

Minors - Although sugaring is safe and beneficial for all ages, it is required that under the age of 18 years requires parental consent for bikini, bikini +, and Brazilian sugaring. 

No childcare is available, and children Can Not be left unattended in the waiting area, and should Not be in room during services. Please make arrangements for childcare before coming to your appointment, or reschedule your appointment at a more suitable time. Thank you.
